Terms of use

These terms govern the use of Avatar Studio (avatar.tankpvp.com). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Avatar Studio lets you build 3D characters from our parts library and download files (GLB, OBJ, sprites and images). The Free plan includes 5 downloads per month; the Pro plan, unlimited downloads during the paid period.

2. License of downloaded files

The models, parts, animations and textures are our work and remain ours; you receive a usage license, which depends on your plan at the time of download and is written into the file itself (license number, type and date).

• Free plan: personal, non-commercial use. You may use files for study, prototypes, portfolios, game jams and free games with no revenue of any kind. You may not use them in anything that makes money: sales, ads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, paywalled donations, sponsorships or client work.
• Pro plan: commercial use. Files downloaded while your subscription is active may be used in paid or ad-supported games, apps, videos and projects, forever, even after you cancel, royalty-free. To use a character downloaded on the free plan commercially, subscribe and download it again.
• On no plan may you resell, redistribute or publish the models, parts or textures as standalone art files (asset stores, packs, NFTs), nor use them to train AI models.

Use outside these rules infringes our copyright and may lead to account suspension and legal action.

3. Account and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account and password. It is forbidden to bypass limits, automate downloads, extract the library, share accounts or attack the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription

Pro is billed monthly through Stripe (US$ 1.99, or R$ 9.99 in Brazil) and renews automatically. You can cancel anytime in the studio; access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Availability

We work to keep the service online, but it is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
